Package Terms of Use
• The preferred package is ready for use from the date of purchase.
• The 6 x First 30 Minutes Package is valid for 180 days after purchase.
• The Unlimited First 30 Minutes Package is valid for 365 days after purchase.
• The Prime Charging Package, Maçkolik Fan Package, and Migros Unimoney Charging Package are valid for 30 days after purchase.
• If the package coupon validity period expires, the user will continue to be charged according to the Porty pricing tariff of the relevant location.
• Users with unpaid orders cannot benefit from package usage without completing their payment.
• Users with unpaid orders cannot benefit from package usage without making payment.
• Your usage within the scope of the campaign is valid at selected Porty points.
• You can use the map filtering feature in the application to view selected Porty points within the scope of the campaign.
• With the Unlimited First 30 Minutes Package, the first 30 minutes of each rental throughout the year are free. After 30 minutes, charges will continue based on the Porty pricing tariff. Your free usage right becomes active again 60 minutes after the rental ends.
• Usage rights obtained the campaign cannot be sold or transferred to others.
• These package usages cannot be combined with other campaigns.
• Porty reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or cancel the relevant package in cases of misuse, abuse, commercial use, sharing or reselling of package rights, or detection of suspicious activities or actions contrary to the normal operation of the system.
• Porty may request additional verification from the user when deemed necessary and may temporarily suspend package usage.
• No refunds may be provided for packages that are suspended or canceled due to misuse or abuse.
• Porty reserves the right to make changes to the campaign or to terminate/suspend it when deemed necessary.
